We offer free shipping worldwide.

Please keep in mind it takes 1-2 business days to process your order. We do our best to have your item shipped within 3 business days of the order date. In some cases, this time frame may take up to 5-7 business days. If you have any questions please email us at info@retailtwist.com 

*Please be aware that some items take up to 45 business days or more to receive.

LOST/MISSING PACKAGES

Retail Twist is not liable if an incorrect address is used during the checkout process. Please make sure that your billing and shipping address is correct before processing your order.

CUSTOMS

We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may incur additional customs related fees upon arrival to your country. 

PO BOXES

Not all items can be shipped to PO Boxes. If this is the case with an item you ordered we will reach out to you via e-mail to request an alternate delivery address.

SHIPPING TIME

Shipping time varies by location. Max delivery time - 60 business days.
